Wenn sogar die UNESCO Reggae-Musik als „immaterielles Kulturerbe der Menschheit“ anerkennt, ist es mehr als an der Zeit ein großes Fest zu feiern!

Wo ginge das besser als im Muffatwerk – gilt es doch schon seit über zwei Jahrzehnten als ein multikultureller Melting Pot für ausgefallene Partys, großartige Konzerte, aufregende Kunstinstallationen und mitreißende Tanzperformances.

Ob Dancehall, Soca, Reggae-Classics, Afrobeat, Afrohouse oder HipHop-Tunes, beim Afro Fusion Festival ist garantiert für jeden etwas dabei. Freut euch also bei friedlicher Stimmung auf die wildesten Danceshows der Stadt und leckeres Streetfood.

Ganz in diesem Sinne vereinen wir an diesem Abend sämtliche Soundsystems aus München an diesem Ort und holen uns zur Verstärkung auch noch die Stylo G (Jamaica), Geko (UK), Jhorrmountain (NL), Jugglerz und Willy Will (DE) mit dazu.

◘ Muffathalle ◘ BLAZIN' TIGER SOUND (MUC) ___________________________________________________________________ Seit ihrer Gründung in 2004 macht die Blazin’ Tiger Crew jegliche Clubs und Festivals mit ihrem uniquen Style unsicher. Als langjähriger Jamaican Ting Resident Sound im Münchner Backstage präsentiert die Crew um Spyro, A-Flex, Chrischi und Preddy eine authetische Mischung aus Reggae, Dancehall und artverwandter karibischer Musikkultur. Mit dem Fokus auf positive Vibes und der Nähe zur Massive, sind sie nunmehr seit über 15 Jahren ein fester Bestandteil der Szene und noch lange nicht satt. Wer wissen will wie die musikalische Reise mit den Tigern klingt, ist herzlich willkommen wenn es auf der nächsten Party wieder richtig wild wird! . . . Willy Will (GER) (live) ___________________________________________________________________ Deutscher AFRO Newcomer 2019 Der am 17.02.1995 in Leer, Ostfriesland geborene Willy Will, kam als kein gewöhnlicher MC auf die Welt. Als „Afrodeutscher“ ist Willy halb Angolaner und halb Kongolese, der in Deutschland aufwuchs und lebt. Seine afrikanischen Wurzeln sind in seinem künstlerischen Dasein eindeutig wiederzuerkennen und ein wichtiger Teil der Kreation. Musikalisch bedient er mehrere Genres: New School Hip Hop, Afrobeats, R’n’B mit leichten Einflüssen von Rock & Pop, Samy Deluxe ist dabei sein Mentor. Sein Ziel ist es dabei, dass jedes seiner Lieder zum Tanzen anregt, da auch dies ein großer Teil seines künstlerischen Schaffens ist. Daher sind seine energiegeladenen Live-Auftritte ein Muss für jeden New School Hip Hop Liebhaber und Tänzer. Son of the legendary dancehall artist Poison Chang, Stylo decided to follow in his father's footsteps, making his mark in the UK when Grime music was at its highest. In 2004 he released 'My Yout' featuring Ice Kid and Sickman and in 2008 he won the Crystal Blue awards 'song of the year' for 'Jamaicans in Britain'. He has since developed the bridge between UK hip-hop and dancehall producing tracks; 'Leader', 'Blackberry' and 'Swagga Dem', and gaining key radio and live support. 2011 was an explosive year for Stylo G with the release of underground hit 'Call Mi a Yardie'.
